    Wow!!!!! Day 4 workout was fantastic, definitely got a sweat up, but oh what a feeling afterwards!!! Nutrition was a lot more challenging, I really struggled to eat enough calories – and that makes a change from my old habbit that I’d developed…..too much and all the wrong sort!!  ...
