    Okay, so this week, clearly muscle was added, and so was weight, if you count a lb as much.  But as far as statistics go, body fat was slightly down.  My weight has been up all week, and I haven’t been overeating, if anything under.  I weigh and measure everything....

    I was putting away everything from my trip and got out a pair of goal pants I’ve had in there for a while.  I could wear them with the waist fitting a bit snug, the legs were loose, not all that long ago.  So, I got bold and took them...

    to go off plan, it would be today.  I spent from morning to night dealing with a plumbing problem. Everything hurts, knees, hips, and shoulders.  It all started with last night when we went to turn off a valve to remove the old nonworking dishwasher.  The stem broke, spewing water....
