Just found this poster and LOVED it. Had to share it. I’ve had a really good four days and looking forward to a great weekend. We have a bike ride planned today since the weather is supposed to be nicer than tomorrow. I’ll get the upper body workout in tomorrow morning.
It feels so good to have been compliant on the calories and macros this week. I’ve gotten the workouts in and I’m actually looking forward to the Hiit days. I’m feeling stronger and the pants keep getting baggier! I haven’t weighed myself since Monday and don’t plan to until this coming Monday, but I’m not even thinking about the scale weight anymore. It’s all about the measurements. I KNOW I’m getting leaner.
Knowing that there are only three weeks left in this challenge has really ramped up my motivation to give it everything I’ve got. I can do it! I’m going to see my abs. It’s achievable and it’s happening.
I’ve been working on my Saturday morning talk (tomorrow) and I’m going to talk a lot about mental training along with goals, accountability, food and exercise. I think the MOST important part is the mental training. You’ve got to believe before you can achieve. That’s what I’ve gotten most out of this challenge and the SPFG coaching so far.
Thanks Sarah & Dougal. You’ve made a tremendous difference in my life. I’m forever grateful and committed!

Oh my gosh Dougal, THANK YOU! I just copy and pasted all the comments you just posted to us girls and labeled it “mental training notes”. Could have used these this morning during my talk at the ladies breakfast. I did stress the importance of mental training and used your “butt kickin” talk to me as an example. We need to hear it and heed it.
Yep, three weeks to go and I WILL see my abs, there is NO doubt!
Thanks for being such a fantastic coach and ALWAYS saying the right thing at the right time.

Thank YOU Karen for being who you are. It is wonderful to watch any metamorphises but so much more so when one is directly involved as Sarah and I are.
We are both thrilled to watch your amazing progress and know that you will kick into top gear for the last few weeks.
BRILLIANT, thank you.
