So very sorry, the time has just flown by and I’ve unintentionally been absent for a while.

Life is busy, busy, as I know it is for the majority of people these days. There’s no such thing as a normal 9 til 5 job anymore…or is there???

Sometimes I get so caught up in my own life that I’m really quite unaware of what other people do in their lives.

Whilst I am still struggling with getting the macronutrient numbers to balance efficiently, I am thoroughly enjoying my new workouts.

I’ve been tracking my measurements, and although I feel heaps better & stronger, there are still little changes in these.
