Hi all, I’ve been ticking along just fine. I have to admit though that I find Monday’s a really hard day energy-wise. So I probably should have chosen that as a rest day; BUT I like the idea of a Sunday night get together with my family, so I’ll just push through with “the low on energy Monday’s”!!!
I’ve had a few hiccups with nutrition – struggling to eat enough calories on some days and mostly not quite getting those macro-nutrient numbers to align with the formula!
My stats don’t look terribly impressive; but I actually feel a lot firmer and my pants feel a little looser (unless I’ve stretched them).
But the numbers don’t reflect how I think they should! I will take photos and re-do my stats again at the end of the week just to compare again.
Exercise is great, workouts are hard…..but I’m loving it!!!!

Hi Debbie,
We are on the same length. We need a little bit more time to get all the ratios right for the food. It is a chock just to do the Challenge, just a kick in the ass, to just BEGUIN. Things will get better and better you have to believe it.
The main thing if you feel better in your body it will show it next week , as you said workout is hard but great.
Hold on together
