There are very few guarantees in life, but I can absolutely guarantee you this: it doesn’t matter how hard you train or how much you wish for a strong, lean hot body, if you don’t get your nutrition right you’re on the road to frustration, disappointment and poor results.
One of the most common ‘complaints’ I hear is, “…but eating healthy is just so boring!” Relax, there’s SOOOO much more to eat than poached chicken and steamed broccoli.
