Welcome to the thorny subject of training!
While this is my absolute favourite part, I remember when it wasn’t. If someone said the word ‘training’ to me I’d hear the word ‘torture!’
If this is where you are don’t worry. Start where you are, even if that means just going out for a brisk walk for 30 minutes every day to begin with. What’s important is that you get moving and are more active than you are now.
