I’ve got my GREEN on…I mean in!
Happy St. Paddy’s Day. Spending it with some great friends this evening. Keeping it low cal though! No green beer for me!
Workout: Lower body & abs. Lunges, sumo squats, calf raises & crunches. 4 sets of 15, 8, 6, 6 to failure with heavier weights as I go.
Meal plan: Oatmeal w/protein
live, raw, green smoothie
mixed veggies & salad w/quinoa
protein drink
Not sure what friends are having for dinner, so may eat salad w/protein before I go.
Goals & Affirmations:
I’m staying with in my macro limits and calorie goal.
I am giving my workout everything I’ve got.
I see my sixpack abs!
My waist is 24″ and hips are 35″
I’m laughing out loud at least 3 times today
I’m encouraging at least 3 people today.
I am putting good stuff in my head and letting no negative out.
I am speaking only positive things about myself and others.
Go out and make it a great “green” day!
