The Six-Pack for Girls CHALLENGE II six-pack girls are almost at the end of Week Three now – a third of their challenge will be gone and they’ll only have seven complete left!

They are all working exceptionally hard – experiencing physical breakthroughs, gaining mental clarity and are training with purpose which is showing in their results.

In just the FIRST TWO WEEKS, the girls have…

DUMPED 25KG (55LBS) OF BODY FAT

GAINED 3.5KG (8LBS) OF MUSCLE

LOST 55CM (21.6IN)

 

To say we’re very proud of them would be an understatement – to say we’re can’t WAIT to see the results for the end of Week Three would be an even bigger one, especially as there are the first signs of an emerging six-pack or two already!

    There is no question in my mind that the 4 cornerstones of our program are fundamental to any improvement in health and fitness. Focus – critical. No point in taking this on if you are going to ‘sort of” trip through it. Intensity – anyone can do a set of bicep curls, only champions do it with intensity, Compliance – Of all this is the most importance. When you take on a challenge using a program designed by professionals it makes sense to trust it and therein lies the success. Don’t start doing your own thing it just negates the value of what you should be trusting. Xcellence – the result of all the others. The program teaches you excellence in all things which only enhances the quality of life and we all want that… don’t we.
