Can’t believe two weeks have passed already! It has been hard but for the first time since 1 year the scales are going down. Great results already and it’s all thanks to the support from the team (and my family).
Weight. Started at 71.3kg – now 68.2kg
Body fat percentage was 38 now 34
For me the most important is the body composition more than the weight. Even though seeing it going doing on the scale is very motivating
My focus for the coming week is to improve my food ratios and raise the intensity of my training. Let’s go!!!
