
I want to say to the world that I DO BELIEVE IN THIS PROGRAM, for me being watched by Sarah and Dougal is the best that I could ask for. I do have challenges which are nothing compare to all they have been through so I just cling my teeth and get on with it, I am slow but hopefully I will get there, getting stronger, faster, and will manage to eat the right food for the body I want to get again.
So, Today, for the first time I would say since the beginning of this challenge I did really ENJOY my workout, feeling a little bit stronger, working with heavier dumbles (don’t really know the weight : maybe 7 Kg each) I know don’t laugh please I cannot lift yet 45 kg dumbles like Anastasia, but maybe one day (if she can do it I can).
Training : Done 100 %
CARDIO : I am doing more cardio on top of what we have to do, trying to incorporate steady pace cardio, just to keep me moving a little more.
Food : it is my weakness, can’t say otherwise
So the results don’t show anything, just losing a little bit of weight (but I don’t trust my scale really : one day up, one day down)

That’s a wonderful attitude. Jess is right, pictures and the way you feel in your clothes are a much better barometer of progress.
One thing I will say which is definately slowing you up…is the way you think about food.
Food : it is my weakness, can’t say otherwise.
If that’s the way you think about food you are always going to have a problem. You need to change that affirmation right now.
I LOVE EATING HEALTHY NUTRITIOUS FOOD IN THE RIGHT QUANTITIES AND I AM IN CONTROL OF THAT.
Right now you are giving power to food…an inanimate object…sounds a bit sill y when you think about it doesn’t it. Start repeating that affirmation every day and especially when you feel tempted and slower the new affirmation will take over and that will be your overiding attitude to food. START NOW….write it down and repeat it often during the day.

Veronique, have you tried taking pics of your progress? I don’t trust scale or the navy method I am using so I take pics every week. It really helps to show progress.
