Week 6 & 7 – Staying on Track

Hello ladies!!

I just realised that I must have made and error last week as my post was not published … boooo..

Anyway, the last two weeks had not seen any changes in my weight or Navy Measurements, so I was starting to get a bit concerned..

Today at the gym I decided to jump back on the magic electronic scales that somehow measure you from the inside out  (I decided against using for the Challenge as I was travelling a lot) – and they showed great changes – horahh! I need a boost this week and I now have it.

My last ten days I was a but under the weather, but I managed to only miss one training day, so I am pleased with myself, just not over the moon.

I did get to do some really cool stuff as well – like see Yo Yo Ma and the Silk Road Ensemble at Beijing’s magnificent National Center for the Performing Arts (and my trousers were SUPER loose!) and see Roxette in concert – hahaha, I have downloaded their classics and they are great to run to! – The lead singer is really inspirational actually – she has fought brain cancer and is still looking amazing and rocking it out!!

So – in the final stretch with the finish line in sight – these last 3 weeks will be great!!
