How it went…
Tough week. on a personal note… It was ‘One of those weeks’.. But getting on to the important subject – The Programme – Week One was tough as I was getting started with this programme and juggling with fitting everything in to everyday life.. I have managed it now and its great to see everyone doing so well.
I have to keep my eye on the ball with this because as long as I make sure I have meals planned then I can do it… Considering the week I have had I have not gone off plan once… Every piece of food is methodically counted and put together… Every exercise is carried out with precision so as not to cause damage to myself.
Thoughts…
Gym has been great… Can blast my music and forget the world for a bit…
Food has been on track. I have added more protein to my diet as I lost LBM (lean body mass) last week. Not good. This has been easier than I thought it would be.
Body Analysis…
My usual scales were on the blink so I used different ones and the Navy Method for fat analysis. Here they are but please bear in mind that next week I will have my usual scales back on… So progress will be less.. Maybe..?
Weight is coming down nicely but I expect this will stop as I get to a reasonable… LBM is up so eating more protein rich foods must be working…
Seems to be going the way I want it to…
Lets see what happens in Week Three as we step it up a gear or two..

Keep up the good,hard work
Anastasia
6 kg gone in two weeks?!?!?!?! Holy cr*p, that’s a lot. I’ll be happy if I drop that much in the whole ten week period. That’s also a substantial drop in waist girth. I’ve barely dropped a cm, if that. You are going to rock this challenge. Isn’t planning everything? I agree. Great job this week.
Rose
I was unlucky enough to have the weight to get off… I am sure it will level off now I am almost a normal weight! I have come to the conclusion that I used to snack more than I led myself to believe I did… Feel better for it xx
Ann
Normal weight? You weigh a lot less than I do. LOL. The number that’s important is body composition. I was just looking over some pictures I took in November at about the same body weight I am now. The pictures are WAAAAY different because there is a lot less fluff and a lot more firm parts to me. The extra protein is working its magic.
Rose
Lol. I am a small thing (5ft 4in) in reality and the extra fat is just awful for me to have seeing as I am so small in height… Just one look at my horrid pictures and you can see all my ‘fluff’. I am not a fan of weighing and am only doing it for the purpose of The Challenge… I will be paying more attention to the measurements myself and just want to see my huge curves become smaller… I guess we are all looking for something different from this. Yes the extra protein I have been having is helping. xx
Ann
A whole 1/2″ shorter than I am. I’m a lot less fluff than I used to be. It will come off, no worries. You are doing a great job of it.
